Far too many of us started bleeding without a clue.
No Ritual.
No Guidance.
& most likely No Reverence.
Our ancestral, womenโs wisdom was simply not passed down to us.
We had to learn, then unlearn, and relearn what is every woman & girlโs birthright.
But it doesnโt mean our daughters should have to find their way alone.
Our Sacred Blood ~ Mini-Course is designed to support you in passing down, the menstrual education we all deserve to have.

โI am so grateful for how I have learned to show up and support my 12 year old daughter through this course. I am able to show up for her in the ways my mother didnโt.โ

โReclaiming our menstrual cycle from the dungeon of the patriarchy is an act of pure subversionโฏโ defiant, rebellious and revolutionary!โ
โ Jane Hardwicke Collings
For thousands of years, women across the generations, across cultures, circled around their daughters to honor their first menstrual cycle (menarche), and to pass down the wise woman ways of living in harmony with their bodies
natural rhythms.
These ways initiated our girls into maidenhood, imbuing them with cultural wisdom, belonging, and blessings for their journey into womanhood.
We believe it is time to reclaim this wisdom by embodying it and passing it down to girls in our lives. They deserve to know what so many of us had to learn on our own as adult women.
As women we are unlearning, relearning, and practicing.
Wherever you on your own journey, it's OK.
You still can learn how to honor your daughter's changing body (as well as your own).
Because somewhere deep within, you know, and are called to this pathโฆfor yourself, your daughters, and as an anecdote to this post-industrial, testosterone dominated world.
Whatever it is that calls you,
may this small offering serve you & the girls in your life.
