When did you learn how to resource and regulate yourself?

Here in Colorado we’ve been having a wildly windy winter.
Very little snow.
Days of extreme winds.

Think gusts of 80–90 mph kind of extreme.

I started running Girls Groups because I saw many things missing in our educations system(s)… public and private alike.

Something essential was absent.
